Thank you for registering for the 2025 RFC Congress, October 23-25 in Indianapolis! We’re thrilled you’re joining us for this important event for the initial and ongoing formation of vowed religious men and women in the U.S. and their associate partners.
HOTEL
It is important to book your hotel accommodations as early as possible to ensure availability in the Congress room block. A special room rate of $125 per night(plus applicable taxes)is available 3 days pre/post-event at the Marriott Indianapolis East. Reservations must be made by October 1, 2025.

There is a schedule-at-a-glance on the Congress website for reference. While this may change slightly as details are finalized, the primary sessions and educational offerings have been set. Feel free to check this site for updates. Any major changes will be emailed to registrants in advance.
TRAVEL
Traveling to and around Indianapolis is easy, convenient and affordable. Known as the Crossroads of America, Indy is within a day’s drive of over half of the country’s population. There is complimentary parking at the hotel for guests and attendees. For those arriving by air, the LEED-certified Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is a short, low-traffic 15 minutes from downtown.
